Woolly chanterelle A very attractive mushroom with its wrinkled trumpet look. Sweet taste, a bit acid, fragile texture, nice colors. Some people find it hard to digest.

Delicious lactarius These fragile mushrooms have a unique crunchy texture with a distinctive spicy taste and an aroma close to that of marjoram. The orange latex they exude adds a flash of colour to sauces. They are excellent in soups or grilled with olive oil and herbs.
